Role Overview

Our ambition is to become leaders in immunology across global markets, with Remibrutinib at the forefront of our initiatives. This critical position involves supporting the development and execution of the complete brand strategy for Remibrutinib across key international markets. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the international commercial team, focusing on Germany, Japan, and China, to ensure the effective launch and growth of Remibrutinib, alongside the forthcoming CSU and other indications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, emphasizing product positioning, differentiation, and scientific messaging to achieve maximum market penetration.
  • Collaborate with launch teams in China, Japan, and Germany to create robust strategic plans, ensuring meticulous execution and performance tracking.
  • Gather and integrate feedback from various regions to refine brand strategies and project deliverables.
  • Conduct market trend analysis and research, capturing customer insights and understanding market dynamics and competition to inform strategic decisions.
  • Support Remibrutinib International Commercialization Excellence (ICE) initiatives by promoting best practices in customer engagement.

Essential Requirements

  • Over 10 years of commercial experience in various functions across country or above country levels, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the commercial landscape.
  • Proven track record of successful product launches, with substantial commercial experience in key markets.
  • Marketing expertise, preferably within immunology, engaging with dermatologists or allergologists.
  • Proven ability to thrive in high-performing, high-growth environments, understanding the key factors that influence customer and patient behavior.
  • Strong collaborative skills with experience partnering across functions and markets to achieve strategic goals.
