Your Role

• Be the Face of ALBA: Represent our core values with warmth and professionalism, ensuring outstanding customer experiences.
• Reliable Deliveries: Ensure timely, accurate, and professional delivery of orders, including transporting mise en place and prepared items from the kitchen to various locations.
• Customer Interaction: Maintain a friendly and helpful demeanor while engaging with customers during deliveries.
• Team Support: Assist in restaurant operations when not on deliveries, which may involve prep work, packaging, or supporting colleagues during service.
• Problem Solver: Showcase a proactive mindset to efficiently address challenges, ensuring seamless service throughout.
• Operational Excellence: Guarantee that orders are accurate, well-presented, and delivered on time while upholding ALBA’s high-quality standards.
