Your Role
As part of a project team, your responsibilities will include planning, coordinating, and conducting meetings in live, hybrid, or virtual formats. You will serve as the primary point of contact for service providers and partners, as well as operational stakeholders on the customer side. Your role will involve actively promoting continuous exchange of information, ensuring all relevant details are communicated to colleagues and service providers. Additionally, you will assist in maintaining project budgets and targets, manage the tendering of service providers, and support partnerships. During event implementation, your focus will be to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Your Responsibilities
- Demonstrate approximately 1 year of professional experience in customer management and meeting planning, with pharmaceutical clients being a plus.
- Exhibit strong organizational skills and effective time management to handle multiple complex projects and schedules while meeting deadlines.
- Showcase teamwork, communication, and cooperation skills, with a confident and friendly demeanor at all levels.
- Proficiency in German and English is required, with additional language skills considered advantageous.
