Responsibilities

You will be engaged in a variety of professional tasks, including:

• Conducting property viewings of single-family homes and investment properties alongside experienced appraisers.
• Supporting the valuation process for residential, commercial, and special-purpose properties.
• Researching and analyzing market and location data.
• Reviewing and preparing property documents.
• Assisting in the optimization and further development of IAZI's assessment tools.
• Maintaining and supporting the customer network through effective communication, primarily via telephone.

Qualifications

We seek candidates who possess the following:

• A university degree in architecture, business administration, economics, real estate management, or a related field.
• A strong commitment, initiative, curiosity, and a desire to learn daily.
• Robust analytical skills with a keen interest in data management.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Knowledge of the Swiss real estate market or experience in real estate valuation is advantageous.
• Excellent written and spoken skills in German and English (knowledge of French is a plus).
• A valid driver's license category B.
