Your Role

As an essential member of our team, you will be the first point of contact for our internal users, providing support and assisting with smaller projects as required. Your contributions will be key to ensuring stable and efficient IT operations across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Handle support requests and provide assistance with hardware, software, and networks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows, Office 365, printers, mobile devices, and business applications.
• Escalate complex cases to other departments and maintain updated ITSM documentation.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding, including user account and device setup.
• Support IT projects while ensuring compliance with GxP regulations in regulated environments.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in a similar IT support role, preferably within a regulated industry.
• Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and networking.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and ticketing systems.
• Good communication skills in English and German.
• A proactive, service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and a willingness to learn about GxP.
