About the Role

You will be part of a skilled IT team working on SAP Security and Authorization concepts, reporting to the Head of IS Production & Value Chain in Switzerland. This role extends globally, incorporating collaboration with production sites in Switzerland, China, Italy, and the US.

Your Responsibilities

• User Access Management: Administer SAP roles and authorizations, ensuring timely and secure access for business users.
• Security Compliance & GRC: Utilize SAP GRC Access Control to uphold compliance standards, conducting regular access reviews.
• Solution Design: Embed security requirements into solution design during transformation workshops.
• Monitoring & Support: Monitor security events and incident resolution, providing support to end-users.
• Policy & Audits: Ensure adherence to security policies and support audit processes with necessary documentation.
• Continuous Improvement: Proactively enhance SAP security and streamline access management processes.
• License Management: Oversee license management, ensuring transparency and optimization of user licenses.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement secure solutions, providing training on SAP security procedures.

Your Background

• Approximately 8-10 years of experience in SAP Security administration, especially in S4HANA Transformation Projects.
• Deep understanding of SAP security concepts and licensing.
• Proficiency in SAP GRC Access Control and experience managing SoD conflicts.
• Strong technical skills in SAP S/4HANA security architecture and role design.
• Fluent in English, with good German language skills as an advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong analytical skills.
