Investor Relations Manager

Role Overview

The Investor Relations Manager will be instrumental in fostering and maintaining relationships with global investors while also shaping our investor relations strategy and capital markets image. Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing a comprehensive investor relations strategy aligned with the global development strategy.
• Support effective communication with the investor community and relevant regulatory authorities.
• Maintain communication with sell-side analysts and other capital market stakeholders.
• Prepare investor relations materials, including presentations and other investor-related documents.
• Coordinate investor communication activities, such as roadshows and meetings.
• Monitor dynamics in the capital markets and industry trends.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous experience in investor relations, preferably at a listed corporation; a background in investment banking or finance is preferred.
• Familiarity with listing rules and disclosure requirements.
• Proven track record of maintaining relationships with investors.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead discussions with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Fast learner with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Bloomberg.
