Internship Market/Credit Analyst (immediately until November 2026)

Your Contribution

As part of a dynamic team, you will play a key role in supporting various tasks within the Market and Credit Risk process in AXA's internal model for Solvency II. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the translation of existing tools from Excel/VBA into Python.
• Supporting the implementation of a tool for the calculation of Credit risks and documenting the associated code.

Your Capabilities and Talents

The ideal candidate will possess the following background and skills:

• Education in economics, mathematics, physics, or IT.
• A solid understanding of financial concepts is a significant advantage.
• Exceptional quantitative skills and the ability to analyze complex dependencies.
• Proficient in IT tools, particularly Python, Excel, and VBA.
• Familiarity with R, MySQL, or other programming languages (such as Java) is a plus.
• Strong team player within a multi-cultural environment.
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
