Overview

The Economics & Commercial Airport Agreements department plays a vital role at SWISS, managing one of the largest and most diverse budget positions within the organization. Working in collaboration with the Lufthansa Group, this team is responsible for negotiating crucial Ground & Airport Handling Agreements with partners both in Switzerland and across the Lufthansa Group stations worldwide.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Economics & Commercial Airport Agreements team. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in airline economics, commercial negotiations, and airport operations within a dynamic global aviation environment. Key responsibilities include:

• Analyzing existing handling contracts and preparing comprehensive overviews to support decision-making processes.
• Assisting the Lufthansa Group Commercial team in Zurich during tenders and negotiations with service partners, focusing on airports and ground handlers.
• Supporting the SWISS Home Market Switzerland Economics team in daily business operations, including cost control, project management, and budget processes.

• Educational background: HF diploma, Bachelor's, or Master's students or graduates in Business Administration, Aviation, or related fields (Bachelor's students must have completed at least three semesters).
