Qualifications

• Coding Proficiency: Strong coding foundation with expertise in SQL (MSSQL, MySQL, etc.) along with solid experience in writing SQL queries and relational database concepts.
• Programming Skills: Proficient in Python and/or R, capable of producing production-quality code for data manipulation and integration with Databricks.
• Cloud Familiarity: Experience with cloud platforms or Databricks is a plus; a willingness to learn modern data engineering practices is highly valued.
• Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a multi-cultural environment and a proactive mindset, with proficiency in English; knowledge of German is an asset.
