Make an Impact

Drive internal engagement through strategic campaigns: Partner with the executive team, business departments, finance, marketing, compliance, and IT to design and launch internal communication campaigns. Own the campaign pipeline, coordinate across teams and stakeholders, and measure effectiveness using data analytics to influence future strategies.

Create compelling content across all channels: Develop and manage content for the internal communications app/platform, intranet, digital signage, videos, and more, all in English. Ensure the work is clear, engaging, and effectively reaches the audience where they are.

Build a culture where everyone feels heard: Utilize transparent, inclusive communications to amplify values, diversity, and equity initiatives. Ensure all voices feel valued and foster a workplace where people want to stay and grow.

Innovate and lead beyond your role: Continuously develop new ideas and tools for effective communication. Support wider strategic communications, digital, and brand projects, and play an active role in representing Switzerland within the EMEA/Global internal communications community.

Desired Qualifications

• Education: A Master's degree in Corporate Communications, Economics, Law, or a related field and at least 5 years of professional experience in either internal or external communications.
• Proven Success: A track record of delivering engaging campaigns, ideally in a large organization or PR agency, with an understanding of what works and how to measure success.
• Effective Writer: Ability to write with clarity and confidence in English, making complex ideas tangible and compelling. Proficiency in German or French is a plus.
• Digital Fluency: Comfortable with communication apps, intranet platforms, videos, blogs, and podcasts, with the ability to select the right channel for messages and drive engagement.
• Event Management Expert: Experience in planning and executing corporate events, managing logistics, coordinating speakers, overseeing technical production, and ensuring flawless execution.
• Quick Learner and Inspiring Leader: Ability to quickly grasp business dynamics and create content that resonates and inspires action.
• Thrives in Complexity: Capable of juggling multiple projects and priorities while maintaining a big-picture perspective. 
• Champion of Inclusion: Understanding and promoting a diverse and inclusive work environment, guiding employees through organizational changes with clear communication.
