We are seeking a highly motivated and talented professional to become an integral part of our small yet effective internal audit team. You will be instrumental in supporting or leading internal audit assignments within the organization, gaining valuable insights and expertise that will pave the way for a successful line management career.

About the Internal Audit Function

Our Internal Audit Services (IAS) provides independent, risk-based assurance, advice, insights, and foresight to the board and management. Positioned independently, the function works closely with management, reviewing activities within the organization and reporting observations, risks, and recommendations to the relevant parties including senior management and the Audit & Compliance Committee.

Work Environment

This role is primarily onsite, promoting real-time collaboration essential for upholding the highest quality and safety standards in medicine manufacturing. Flexibility to work remotely for up to 20% of your time is available, subject to business needs.

Your Experience and Responsibilities

What You Will Do:

• Deliver and lead internal audit engagements, managing complex reviews and consulting assignments across various operational areas.
• Collaborate effectively within audit teams, coaching and developing team members and external specialists.
• Communicate audit outcomes clearly, presenting findings to stakeholders and producing concise reports on key issues.
• Enhance effectiveness through data and technology, utilizing data analytics and contributing to continuous improvements in audit methodologies.
• Engage with stakeholders to promote best practices, standardizing processes and controls in collaboration with global process owners.
• Monitor issue remediation through follow-ups on audit recommendations and supporting transparent reporting to senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the efficiency and value of the internal audit function.

What We Are Looking For:

• Master’s degree in finance/accounting preferred; degrees in chemistry are also welcome.
• 3+ years of internal audit experience with hands-on experience in operations or project delivery.
• Familiarity with international auditing standards and a solid understanding of standard business processes, particularly SAP.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Passion for leveraging AI and digital tools; experience with ETL concepts and familiarity with SQL, Python programming, or Power BI dashboards is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills, risk-focused approach, and results-driven mindset with a knack for solution development.
