Role Responsibilities
In our Center of Excellence for Talent & Organisational Development, you will support the complete talent lifecycle at SMG. This role provides an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience, focusing on both Talent Acquisition (≈50%) and People & Organisational Development (≈50%). You will actively contribute to meaningful projects that shape our culture and enhance the employee experience within our dynamic team across six countries (Switzerland, Serbia, Vietnam, France, Germany, and India).
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and communication, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives through event participation, content creation, research, and performance tracking.
- Organize and coordinate learning, development, and engagement initiatives such as training sessions, workshops, and internal events.
- Support projects focused on people development and culture, including engagement surveys, performance cycles, and community initiatives.
- Create and prepare internal communications and content, including presentations, articles, and visual materials.
Desired Qualifications
We seek individuals who bring a strong interest in Talent Acquisition, People Development, and company culture. The ideal candidates will possess the following:
- A background in relevant fields such as Business, HR, Psychology, or Communications.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent communication abilities and a proactive, hands-on approach.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
