Your Experience
Join our Materials & Processes (M&P) team, where you will develop cutting-edge launcher structures for the payloads of tomorrow. You will work in a multicultural environment alongside our experts on the latest projects for a wide range of customers. You will support the manufacturing and testing of composite parts and lead your own project. Your Responsibilities
- Write the technical documentation required to qualify materials and processes used in space applications.
- Define methods to characterize different material properties from metals, composites, paints, and other materials used in our products.
- Supervise the manufacturing and testing of specimens.
- Analyze test data and provide your interpretation based on the theoretical data acquired during your studies.
- Develop new manufacturing concepts and perform their validation.
Your Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's or Bachelor's programme in Material Sciences or Mechanical Engineering, with at least 5 semesters completed in your Bachelor's program.
- Very good German skills (min B2-C1) and fluent in English for daily business communication.
- Experience in the aerospace industry and/or with composite materials (CFRP) is beneficial, but not required as this role is designed for learning.
- A critical thinker who enjoys facing challenges and independently researches optimal solutions.
- An excellent team player who is ready to collaborate with colleagues.
