Are you ready to be part of a dynamic and engaged team in credit control? We are excited to welcome a motivated intern to support our credit control activities at Allianz Risk Transfer, located in Wallisellen/Zurich, Switzerland. This role will provide you with a unique opportunity to work on processes integral to our insurance business.

The Impact You Will Have

As an intern, you will play a vital role in the credit control functions focusing on Switzerland, Liechtenstein, and Bermuda, taking on responsibilities that contribute to the team's overall success. You will work closely with Senior Credit Controllers, gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of the role.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Credit Controllers with accounts receivable and payables settlement and collection, adhering to agreed terms.
• Support the performance of the credit control function, including account reconciliations.
• Initiate payments using our Treasury Management System for designated regions.
• Fulfill reporting requirements for Finance Operations ART.

What You Bring to the Role

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage complex processes, including understanding data flows.
• Proficient in IT and office applications to analyze data effectively.
• Proactive attitude and motivation to learn, contributing positively to the team.
• Fluent in English, with German language skills acknowledged as a plus.
• Availability for a full-time internship lasting 6 months, preferably longer.
• A basic understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) and its potential applications in business.

• Working hours: 41 hours/week.
• Internship duration: at least 6 months.
