Your Mission

In the role of Interim Digital Marketing Manager focusing on Real Estate, B2C Marketing, you will be instrumental in maintaining momentum across key projects and executing digital marketing campaigns. This position is an opportunity to contribute to renowned brands such as ImmoScout24, Homegate, and Flatfox, while working within a dynamic team spread across six countries: Switzerland, Serbia, Vietnam, France, Germany, and India, where creativity and collaboration thrive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Channel Planning & Execution: Support the implementation of digital marketing activities across relevant channels for our products.
  • Ad Operations: Coordinate with stakeholders to gather copy, videos, and images for digital campaigns.
  • Tracking & Reporting: Ensure analytics and tracking are set up correctly, monitor campaign performance, and prepare detailed reports.
  • Campaign Experiments: Assist in designing, executing, and analyzing marketing experiments with our internal experts.
  • Analytics & Insights: Utilize available tools (such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, Tableau) to evaluate performance and provide actionable recommendations.
  • ATL Campaign Support: Aid in the planning and execution of cross-channel ATL campaigns, collaborating on creative iterations with agencies and overseeing media planning and rollout.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and design teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.

Qualifications

You are expected to bring the following:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Over 5 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with the real estate industry is advantageous.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Distinct analytical capabilities, with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or Tableau being a significant plus.

  • Fluency in both German and English; French language skills are a bonus.
