Key Responsibilities
- Electrical System Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on low voltage electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Basic Metrology Tasks: Perform routine calibrations of electrical instruments, sensors, and equipment in accordance with SOPs and GMP standards.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve electrical and metrology issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.
- Documentation: Record all maintenance and calibration activities in compliance with GMP standards.
- Manufacturing Support: Collaborate in maintaining critical electrical systems and metrology equipment to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all maintenance and calibration tasks adhere to GMP standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with maintenance team leads and members to coordinate activities and priorities.

- Comply with safety rules and actively contribute to safety initiatives and near-miss reporting.

Qualifications
- Education: Technical diploma or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Metrology, or a related field. Swiss Federal Certificate of Competence (EFZ) as an Electrician or equivalent certification is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in instrumentation maintenance and calibration, preferably in a GMP manufacturing setting.
- Competencies: Strong understanding of GMP standards, excellent problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities.
- Must possess the ability to work independently, manage priorities, and take ownership of tasks while adhering to analytical thinking.
- Physical capability to perform tasks involving prolonged standing, walking, and lifting.
- Willingness to work in cleanroom environments and provide 24/7 on-call support.
- Available to work in afternoon and evening shifts (Mon-Fri, 13:00-22:00).
