Our team operates from three exemplary locations, including the Audi Competence Center Motorsport in Neuburg, Germany, the cutting-edge facilities of Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland, and the Audi Motorsport Technology Centre UK in Bicester, United Kingdom.

Your Mission
- Support the Trackside Infrastructure department with maintenance, servicing, and logistics.
- Assist in the integration of new equipment and infrastructure.
- Build and assemble new infrastructure and pit equipment, while updating existing equipment.
- Bring 2 to 5 years of experience in motorsport, with a preference for prior Formula 1 exposure.
- Possess electrical qualifications or substantial knowledge of electrical installations, ideally with experience in design programs like CAD, CATIA, or Solidworks.
- Handle hands-on tasks such as freight loading, and be willing to travel to events as necessary.
- Maintain a positive, flexible, and stress-resistant attitude while thriving under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Your Profile
- 2 to 5 years of experience as an infrastructure technician in motorsport, preferably with Formula 1 experience.
- Electrical qualifications or significant knowledge of electrical installations, along with familiarity with design programs such as CAD, CATIA, or Solidworks.
- Ability to manage practical tasks, such as freight loading, and readiness to travel for events.
- Exhibit a positive personality, flexibility, and resilience in stressful situations.
- Demonstrate strong all-round technical skills with proficient problem-solving and fabrication abilities, adhering to high-quality standards.
- Possess effective communication skills, demonstrating teamwork and the willingness to support colleagues at all times.
- Be self-motivated, capable of completing tasks independently with keen attention to detail, and committed to a "zero mistake" culture.
- Fluency in English is essential.
