Your Impact

• Conduct high-quality industrial research in software for sustainable power grids, emphasizing software architecture and distributed systems.
• Design innovative approaches to automate power grids and transform them into functional prototypes.
• Collaborate with global, interdisciplinary teams across research and business units to drive impactful solutions.
• Tackle real-world challenges with practical, forward-thinking ideas that push the boundaries of current technology.
• Foster strong internal networks and contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration.
• Engage with external partners such as universities, start-ups, and technology providers to expand innovation.
• Present research outcomes through scientific publications, patent filings, and technical documentation.
• Help shape the future direction of our research strategy and methodologies.

Your Background

• PhD in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical field.
• Track record in applying software engineering principles to complex systems, such as embedded systems, real-time systems, and/or Internet of Things.
• Know-how of distributed systems, performance engineering, AI/ML for software engineering, and/or power grid automation applications is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, a team player attitude, initiative, and creativity.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
