Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the call to tender process and supplier management on assigned procurement projects.
• Develop and execute procurement strategies to continuously reduce total cost of ownership while improving quality standards and delivery performance of services and products purchased.
• Coordinate changes and updates between suppliers and all relevant internal project stakeholders.
• Negotiate strategic sourcing agreements and manage changes in supplier and vendor contracts according to compliance, policies, rules, and regulations.
• Apply negotiation skills to resolve contractual supplier and vendor disputes, achieving acceptable outcomes for all parties involved.
• Collaborate with the Procurement team to develop and implement sustainable sourcing principles.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, or a comparable qualification is required.
• More than 3 years of experience in Procurement and/or project management in a technical environment.
• Procurement education and contracting experience are desired.
• Excellent project management skills, oriented towards results and deadlines.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required.
• Language skills: Fluent in German and C1 level in English.
