We are seeking a dedicated professional in the realm of Identity and Access Management (IAM) to contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of secure access solutions. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing user lifecycles and ensuring compliance within our technology landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Implementation & Architecture: Design, deploy, and maintain IAM solutions such as Oracle IDAM (OIM, OAM, OCI Identity Domains).
- Administration & Support: Manage IAM environments, monitor performance, and troubleshoot user access issues.
- Security & Compliance: Define and enforce security policies while managing roles and access rights (RBAC) to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements including GDPR and SOX.
- Business Application License Management: Oversee the licensing for business applications.
- Audit Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external IT audits.
- Integration: Integrate IAM solutions with both cloud and on-premises applications utilizing APIs and connectors.
- Lifecycle Management: Handle user provisioning and deprovisioning, as well as the lifecycle management of identities and entitlements.
- Documentation & Procedures: Develop best practices and standard operating procedures, ensuring thorough documentation of access configurations.
Required Skills
- Significant experience with Oracle Access Manager (OAM) is essential (minimum of 7 years in a similar role), experience with Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Oracle product license management.
- Experience participating in audits.
- Understanding of Segregation of Duties (SoD) and the principles of Least Privilege model.
- A strong grasp of IAM concepts, including SSO, multi-factor authentication, and RBAC.
- Knowledge of LDAP directories, especially Oracle Unified Directory.
- Proficiency in scripting and API (REST) skills.
- Consulting experience and familiarity with Oracle methodologies.
