Your Role

As part of our vibrant team, you will play a vital role in supporting and guiding our Commercial apprentices throughout their apprenticeship journey. You will be a key contact for apprentices, trainers, and managers, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience from recruitment through graduation and into professional life.

Your Contribution

  • Apprentice Management & Support:
    • Support apprentices during their journey, from recruitment and onboarding to graduation.
    • Act as the primary contact for apprentices concerning administrative and HR-related matters.
    • Advise and support trainers and managers in the day-to-day management of apprentices.
    • Monitor apprentice progress and implement appropriate support measures when necessary.
    • Maintain strong relationships with vocational schools, cantonal authorities, training providers, and external partners involved in apprenticeship programs.
  • Coordination & Administration:
    • Coordinate apprenticeship processes and ensure accurate apprentice records and documentation are maintained.
    • Support recruitment, onboarding, and administrative activities related to apprenticeship programs.
    • Assist the HR team with various administrative duties.
    • Ensure compliance with internal policies and vocational training requirements.
    • Collaborate closely with HR, managers, and trainers throughout the organization.
    • Coordinate communications with schools, authorities, and external training providers for the successful operation of apprenticeship programs.
  • Projects & Events:
    • Contribute to initiatives that enhance the apprentice experience and support learning success.
    • Help organize apprentice events, workshops, and development activities.
    • Participate in continuous improvement projects related to vocational training and talent development.
    • Represent the company during meetings, events, and interactions with schools and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and advance our apprenticeship programs.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience in Human Resources, vocational training, apprenticeship management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Open to occasional travel across Switzerland.
  • Passionate about working with and supporting young professionals.
  • Solution-oriented, proactive, and skilled in managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with HR systems.
  • A vocational trainer certification is considered a valuable asset.
  • Fluent in English, French, and German, with additional languages being highly regarded.
