Your Role and Responsibilities

• Ensuring a warm welcome for every guest upon arrival.
• Assisting guests at self check-in kiosks, enhancing their check-in experience.
• Preparing and serving delightful hot and cold breakfast and meals.
• Brewing delicious coffee or crafting a signature cocktail to impress.
• Acting as a local concierge, sharing insider tips on the best spots to visit, eat, shop, or party.
• Maintaining cleanliness in the living room and canteen, arranging food displays for the upcoming shifts.
• Addressing guest requests and enhancing their stay with your resourcefulness.
• Managing reservations in our property management system (PMS), including nightly audits.
• Overseeing nightly operations and ensuring safety for our guests.
