Typical Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
• Assist guests with self check-in kiosks.
• Prepare and serve hot and cold meals, along with delicious coffee or signature cocktails.
• Act as a local concierge, sharing insights about attractions, dining, shopping, and nightlife.
• Maintain cleanliness in communal areas and prepare food displays for shifts.
• Address guest inquiries and requests regarding facilities.
• Manage reservations and basic night audits within the property management system.
• Oversee operations, making critical decisions during night shifts.
• Provide care to guests, including in emergencies.

Shift Availability

Our hotel operates 24/7, with flexible scheduling that includes overnight shifts from 10:15 PM to 7:15 AM. Weekend availability is a requirement.
