Join a leading design-and-build contractor with headquarters in Germany to drive a strong safety culture across multiple construction sites. This permanent, full-time role based in Slough offers a hybrid working arrangement from Monday to Friday, providing high levels of responsibility and autonomy within a modern working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits across various construction projects
• Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, internal policies, and industry standards
• Review site documentation, Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS), and safety procedures
• Deliver toolbox talks and support site teams with practical health and safety guidance
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to identify and implement improvement measures
• Support the implementation of health, safety, and environmental initiatives across the business
