Your Mission
As a key member of the General Marketplaces team (Ricardo, tutti.ch, and anibis.ch), you will play a vital role in crafting a consistent, high-quality, and impactful UX strategy that resonates across our diverse teams. You will guide Product Designers, UX Researchers, and a UX Copywriter, enabling the organization to enhance discovery processes, elevate design quality, and drive measurable business outcomes. This position empowers you to redefine how design and research are executed at scale, integrate AI-first workflows into our methodologies, and inspire teams to create user-centric experiences that foster trust, boost conversion rates, and enhance monetization. Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement a cohesive design and UX strategy across General Marketplaces.
- Lead, mentor, and cultivate the talent of Product Designers, UX Researchers, and a UX Copywriter, fostering a high-performing and empowered team.
- Accelerate the adoption of AI-first workflows to streamline research, problem discovery, solution creation, prototyping, and design delivery.
- Enhance the efficiency and quality of discovery and design processes within teams.
- Ensure a robust customer focus by linking user insights, research findings, UX decisions, and business outcomes.
- Elevate design quality, usability, consistency, and measurable impact across our product offerings.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Business stakeholders to drive improvements in conversion, trust, user satisfaction, and monetization.
Qualifications
What will you bring on this journey?
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in Product Design, UX, or related fields.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience in creating high-quality digital product experiences.
- Strong customer-centric approach with a capacity to transform user needs into significant product decisions.
- Outcome-driven mindset with a robust understanding of how design and research influence business success.
- Solid business acumen, with a history of improving key metrics such as conversion, trust, user satisfaction, and monetization.
- Experience in leading, coaching, and empowering multidisciplinary design and research teams.
- Pragmatic, hands-on leadership style maintaining high standards for performance, ownership, and delivery.
- Proven aptitude for embracing AI-first methodologies and utilizing AI to enhance research, design, and team productivity.
- Flexibility to operate in a hybrid work environment based in Switzerland.
