Strategic Partnership and Process Optimization

• Serve as a sparring partner and coach for the management board and executives, providing clear communication, well-founded recommendations, and a strong understanding of operational priorities.
• Analyze and strategically develop existing HR processes while steering resources and budgets.
• Advance occupational health management and enhance collaboration with external partners.
• Design and implement organizational development, change management, and HR digitalization initiatives, ensuring a stable foundation and clearly defined priorities.

Team Leadership and Development

Lead, stabilize, and develop the HR team across two management levels, fostering orientation, trust, and binding expectations.
