• Ensure a pragmatic and reliable HR operating model covering workforce planning, recruitment, compensation and benefits, payroll, labor law, HR metrics, and compliance.
• Actively shape change management and cultural initiatives with positivity, clarity, and effective implementation while overseeing the entire HR operational and strategic cycle.
• Lead and develop a team focused on coaching, enabling, and strengthening the organization sustainably.
