The Role

The individual in this position will lead the enrollment operations for our international and bilingual pathways, ensuring a seamless and inviting experience for diverse prospective families. They will devise strategies to attract and retain students from various backgrounds, in alignment with our mission to offer both international and multilingual education. Acting as a visible and trusted partner, this leader will approach their work with empathy and clarity.

Collaboration with other key leadership roles is essential, as this position plays a crucial role in shaping the school’s reputation and cultivating strong relationships with students, families, and stakeholders.

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, business administration, marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• Proven experience in enrollment management, preferably in a bilingual or international school setting
• Strong understanding of international and bilingual education models
• Bilingual in English and German
• Knowledge of language proficiency assessments and multicultural family needs
• Proficiency in CRM systems and enrollment data management
