Role Overview
We invite dedicated professionals to join us as we prepare for the upcoming winter season of 2025/2026. This pivotal role involves ensuring a seamless experience for our guests within the property.
Key Responsibilities
- Guarantee the smooth operation of guest stays at the property.
- Respond to specific client requests during their stay in collaboration with reception and dining teams.
- Act as a "Lobby Ambassador" representing management in their absence.
- Monitor hotel quality standards and uphold the signature services of our collection.
- Communicate any specific guest requests to management.
- Support the improvement and development of hotel services.
- Build a network of contacts in the area to provide guidance to guests.
- Ensure guest satisfaction across all offered services and promote other Ultima destinations.
- Follow the established procedures within the property.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Higher education in hospitality management or concierge school.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the luxury hotel sector.
- Fluent in French and English; a third language (Russian and/or Arabic) is an asset.
- Impeccable presentation and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Rigorous, dynamic, and proactive approach.
- Thorough understanding of high-end clientele expectations and requirements.
- Versatile and available to meet client needs.
- Able to manage priorities and urgent client requests.
- Valid driver's license required.
