Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to contribute to the development and enhancement of our global visual merchandising guidelines. This position is integral in ensuring consistent application of these guidelines across various markets and stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Support in the conception and further development of global visual merchandising guidelines.
• Ensure consistent application of VM guidelines in diverse markets and retail locations.
• Translate conceptual directives into inspiring in-store experiences, considering the nuances of a demanding multibrand environment.
• Manage collaboration with external VM agencies regarding conception, production, and installation, while closely coordinating with Retail, Stores, Sales, Marketing, and Brands.
• Conduct training, coaching, and provide professional guidance to store teams.
• Actively participate in transformation initiatives with a strong presence in the markets, from store openings and roll-outs to the implementation of new concepts.
• Engage in international travel, with a commitment of up to approximately 80%.
