Global Quality Leadership Role

In this pivotal leadership role, you will be the driving force behind a customer-centric quality strategy spanning engineering, operations, supply chain, and sales for our High-Speed Division. Your leadership will encompass overseeing customer quality performance for Accelleron’s most demanding global OEM clients, fostering consistency across all relevant functions and manufacturing sites, including locations in Switzerland and China. With direct reporting to the Global Head of Sales, you will provide guidance to local customer quality managers in Switzerland, the United States, and China.

Key Responsibilities

  • Global Quality Leadership: Act as the global point of contact for customer quality expectations, ensuring their integration into internal processes.
  • Standards, Methods & Governance: Implement automotive quality tools such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and Control Plans, tailored to specific needs.
  • Customer Issue Management: Enforce structured problem-solving methods for customer complaints, ensuring timely corrective actions.
  • Change & Risk Management: Govern global Change Requests and Process Change Notifications, ensuring customer alignment during implementation.
  • Customer Interface & Audits: Serve as the primary contact for all customer quality matters and lead customer audits with a coordinated approach.
  • Organization & Leadership: Lead the customer quality function in Switzerland while building a globally aligned quality organization.

Your Background

  • Extensive quality and continuous improvement experience in manufacturing, particularly in customer-facing roles.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on operational expertise and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with automotive quality methods and standards.
  • Experience in leading distributed global teams, with cultural awareness of the US and China.
  • Strong communication skills, excellent stakeholder management, and a senior personality.
  • Technical University Degree and fluency in German and English.
