TechFirm is a fast-growing company specializing in pharmaceuticals, emphasizing innovation, collaboration, and employee development. We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive talent acquisition intern to join our HR team in Basel for their gap year.

Position Overview

As part of our HR team, you will gain hands-on experience in recruitment processes, support candidate engagement, and contribute to employer branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing and attracting top talent.
• Support the screening of CVs and scheduling of interviews.
• Participate in candidate engagement and employer branding activities.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Support the preparation of recruitment reports and metrics.
• Contribute to special HR and talent acquisition projects.

Requirements

• Currently on a gap year or year off; open to students in HR, Business, or related fields.
• Strong interest in talent acquisition and HR processes.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
