This role can be based in various locations within our Electronics division, including Austria, France, Germany, Hungary, Holland, or Switzerland, with a preference for Holland or Switzerland.

Your Responsibilities

The Functional Analyst Syteline ERP will leverage subject matter expertise to:

• Support business stakeholders and manage accounts.
• Drive the transformation and optimization of the company's multi-tenant ERP environment.
• Manage incident reports, implement new solutions, and oversee ERP upgrade projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
• Analyze, design, test, and implement application software to meet business needs while preparing comprehensive technical documentation.
• Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot application issues and guide the development of new features.
• Serve as a central resource for IT and business teams, facilitating communication and comprehension between stakeholders.
• Support project delivery for ERP migrations to multi-tenant cloud environments and contribute to evaluating and improving global business processes.
• Ensure data integrity, participate in data migration and validation for new site implementations, and drive opportunities for process optimization.
• Oversee system testing, coordinate end-user acceptance activities, and validate software patches and upgrades.
• Support external system interfaces, including financial packages, tax, and banking integrations, maintaining robust documentation and user support.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who possess the following:

• College diploma in IT or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, shop floor operations, material planning/sourcing, finance, and project management (preferred).
• At least 2 years of experience supporting ERP solutions, preferably Infor CSI10.
• Experience working with global development teams.
• Familiarity with Infor OS components: Ming.le, ION Workflows, Homepages, IDM, IFS, Factory Track (preferred).
• Strong understanding of Infor Syteline CSI10 ERP processes and functions.
• Aptitude for recommending and testing integration solutions.
• Familiarity with relational database design and concepts.
• Proven experience in IT transformation within complex environments.
• Detail-oriented analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Background in software application design and testing.
• Strong conceptual knowledge of multi-site environments.
• Successful track record with previous ERP implementations.
