Key Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless guest experiences in alignment with the General Management.
• Oversee the reception operations, including check-in, check-out, reservation management, invoicing, and email correspondence.
• Supervise front of house teams, including Reception, Concierge, and Bell Staff.
• Respond to specific guest requests prior to and during their stay, including excursion organization, ticketing, transportation arrangements, and restaurant reservations.
• Recruit and train team members while organizing front office scheduling in compliance with labor laws.
• Facilitate guest departures and ensure overall satisfaction with their experiences.
• Conduct audits and manage various daily reports to ensure operational excellence.
• Develop a network of local contacts to provide informed recommendations to guests.
• Compile daily reports to assess departmental performance.
• Act as the custodian of the guest experience across all services offered while promoting other Ultima destinations.
• Adhere to established procedures and proactively contribute ideas for operational improvement.
• Serve as an ambassador for the Ultima collection, fostering effective communication within the teams and with other departments.
