Your Role and Responsibilities

Within our prestigious hotel, you will play a vital part in overseeing the seamless operation of guest experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring the smooth execution of client stays under the guidance of the General Management.
• Managing the reception, including check-ins, check-outs, reservation management, billing processes, and email correspondence.
• Supervising the Front Office, Concierge, and Valet teams.
• Addressing specific client requests before and during their stay, including excursion organization, ticket booking, transportation arrangements, and restaurant reservations.
• Recruiting and training team members while organizing the front office planning in compliance with labor laws.
• Facilitating guest departures and ensuring satisfaction with their experience.
• Conducting audits and maintaining daily reports to ensure service excellence.
• Developing a network of contacts in the area to enhance guest recommendations.
• Taking ownership of guest experiences across all services and promoting additional destinations within the Ultima group.
• Implementing established procedures while actively contributing improvements for operational efficiency.
• Serving as an ambassador for our collection, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Maintaining effective communication within your teams and liaising with other departments.
