Your Profile

If you have a passion for fitness and seek to inspire the next generation, our international school community is the ideal place for you. We are in search of a dynamic fitness professional eager to contribute to our Fitness Programme and PE Department. This role involves delivering impactful training sessions, supporting PE lessons, and fostering a culture of health and resilience within our school.

Engage in hands-on activities leading group workouts, guiding personal training, and maintaining a high-performing fitness environment. This role offers an opportunity to connect with students globally while promoting an active lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead structured fitness sessions and offer personalized training to small groups.
• Design and manage individual fitness plans, tracking progress and collaborating with the medical team on injury prevention and rehabilitation.
• Deliver inductions, specialized training, and targeted group classes.
• Develop and oversee a comprehensive fitness program aligned with school goals.
• Maintain a safe and professional fitness facility, overseeing daily operations and equipment care.
• Support the PE department during lessons and events, while managing sports equipment.
• Encourage a high-performance culture, with a focus on student motivation and engagement in fitness.

Education and Professional Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in fitness and/or sports field.
• First-aid certification.

Experience

• Experience working in a fitness or coaching capacity.
• Experience in fitness program development and personal training.
• Prior experience in an educational or PE setting is advantageous.
