Family Manager / Nanny

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will play an integral role in daily family life, including:

• Caring for and accompanying the boys in their daily routines, encompassing transportation, leisure activities, and evening rituals.
• Assisting in the overall organization of family life.
• Preparing meals and managing dishwashing duties.
• Occasionally helping with indoor and outdoor cleaning and maintenance chores, including laundry (with a housekeeper already employed).
• Running small errands and grocery shopping as needed.
• Caring for or walking the dog periodically.

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal individual will possess the following:

• Experience in childcare.
• Qualification as a FaBe (Childcare Specialist) or a comparable credential is advantageous.
• A genuine passion for working with children and animals.
• Independent and reliable work ethic.
• Flexibility and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Calm demeanor and confidence in handling dynamic situations.
• A valid driver's license.
• Proficiency in German or English.

Working Hours

The position requires availability during the following times:

• Monday–Thursday: 4:00 PM–9:00 PM
• Friday: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
• 2-3 Saturdays per month: 10:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Occasional evening and overnight assignments.
• Willingness to accompany the family on weekends and during holidays or travel is desirable.
• Flexibility for additional assignments is considered a benefit.
