Our operations span across three prominent locations: the Audi Competence Center Motorsport in Neuburg, Germany, where the power unit is developed; the cutting-edge facilities of Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland, which oversee chassis engineering and race operations; and the Audi Motorsport Technology Centre UK in Bicester, United Kingdom, strategically positioned in 'Motorsport Valley' to tap into top F1 talent and critical partnerships.

Your Mission

In this pivotal role, you will:

• Carry out daily operational caretaker tasks across the site.
• Perform routine inspections of buildings, rooms, and technical equipment.
• Support with minor repairs, adjustments, and general maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate and supervise external contractors on site.
• Ensure that rooms, common areas, and infrastructure are functional and in good condition.
• Assist with waste handling, deliveries, and logistics-related tasks as required.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Experience in an industrial or technical environment.
• An additional qualification in facility services, maintenance, or building operations.
• Excellent people leadership skills and experience managing senior stakeholders.
• A forklift licence or other relevant technical certifications.
• A reliable and hands-on working style.
• A strong service mindset and effective communication skills.
• A proactive team player attitude.
• Basic IT skills for managing tickets, emails, and documentation.
• An organized and structured approach to work.
• A high sense of responsibility and ownership.
• Fluency in English is desirable.
