Your expertise is essential in maintaining seamless product availability for our Pharmaceuticals portfolio. By collaborating with external contract manufacturing partners, you will spearhead the operational execution of comprehensive supply chain strategies. Your focus on inventory and risk management for both existing portfolios and new product launches will play a crucial role in enhancing our global product replenishment capabilities.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities

• Act as a central contact for Supply Chain Management within a cross-functional team, engaging with External Supply Management, Quality, Procurement, and other departments.
• Oversee supply chain operations for the assigned contract manufacturing organization (CMO), providing production plans and ensuring the timely supply of materials while placing purchase orders.
• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of supply planning-related master data and planning parameters within relevant systems.
• Facilitate the timely and correct setup of new supply points in related IT systems for effective planning, execution, and product change management.
• Continuously seek to enhance process and system capabilities within the community.

Your Profile

• A degree in supply chain, engineering, computer science, economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in supply chain, procurement, quality, R&D, operations, or commercial roles, preferably within Life Sciences or the FMCG sector.
• A strategic, analytical mindset with a track record of achievements; strong data management and analysis skills.
• An adaptable problem-solver who thrives in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with supply chain software, process automation, and data quality standards.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and collaboration abilities.
• Knowledge of legal, regulatory, and GMP compliance requirements in the pharmaceutical sector.
• A champion of teamwork, continuous improvement, and value stream optimization.
• Skilled in utilizing GenAI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) for planning, automation, and productivity enhancements.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in German and Spanish is considered a plus.
