Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of complex mergers and acquisitions, overseeing all phases from strategy development to closing.
• Define strategies and governance plans, establishing timelines and engagement methods with prospective companies.
• Facilitate collaboration among global teams, including legal, finance, tax, diligence, and commercial sectors.
• Manage due diligence processes, ensuring thorough assessment of risks and strategic alignments.
• Negotiate transaction terms, balancing commercial outcomes with long-term goals.
• Prepare and convey decision frameworks to executive leadership.
• Ensure a seamless transition from approval to integration, aimed at realizing value and maintaining strategic intent.

Essential Requirements

• Extensive experience in leading end-to-end mergers and acquisition processes across diverse regions and transaction types.
• Strong financial acumen in areas such as valuation, financial modeling, and scenario planning.
• Ability to align transactions with corporate strategies and growth objectives.
• Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and transaction governance.
• Proven leadership skills for managing complex, cross-functional teams.

• Background in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
