EduPlay STEM Lab is a hands-on learning space designed to inspire curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving in children through STEM-based play. We provide a welcoming environment for families to explore educational toys, puzzles, and interactive activities.

Role Overview

We are in search of a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic individual to support the daily operations at EduPlay STEM Lab. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and families, thrives in an organized environment, and is eager to contribute to a positive and engaging experience for visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve basic beverages, including coffee and other refreshments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of toys, puzzles, and activity stations.
• Regularly sanitize and reset play areas to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
• Assist with opening and closing tasks as needed (restroom and kitchen clean up).
• Greet and interact with families, providing a warm and helpful experience.
• Support children's engagement by encouraging participation in activities (no teaching required, but enthusiasm is key).
• Monitor play areas to ensure materials are used appropriately and safely.
• Restock supplies and notify management of low inventory.

Qualifications

• Training will be provided.
• Qualifications to work openly in CH.
• Friendly, approachable, and comfortable interacting with children and families.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Ability to converse in English & German; additional languages a PLUS!

Preferred Qualities

• Interest in education, STEM, or child development.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience (a plus, but not required).

Work Schedule

Flexible part-time hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
