We are seeking a dynamic leader who seamlessly combines deep, strategic Supply Chain Planning expertise with a robust software engineering background. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing complex projects and guiding a high-performing team that delivers large-scale planning system solutions—the digital backbone of our global supply chain.

Your Mission

• Lead & Empower Teams: Inspire and grow engineering teams focused on the Integrated Planning Platform. Ensure alignment with global supply chain goals, foster a collaborative environment, and balance close management with granting autonomy.
• Supply Chain & Platform Delivery: Be fully accountable for delivery timelines, quality, and hiring. Manage risk and anticipate blockers for larger, more complex deliverables.
• Technical & Architectural Leadership: Make key technical decisions that align with the organization's architecture. Guide architecture to seamlessly handle complex data flows, system integrations, and high-volume planning cycles.
• Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with E2E Planning business leaders and product managers to translate supply chain needs into scalable technical initiatives, define delivery scope, and ensure cross-team alignment.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure reliable operation of planning systems, prioritize resolution of critical incidents, and enable effective testing and release engineering practices.
• Culture & Values: Act as a role model for organizational values and principles, fostering an inclusive environment that encourages feedback and recognition.

Your Story

• Supply Chain Planning Experience: A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 8 years with a Master’s degree. A deep understanding of S&OP, demand planning, supply network planning, inventory management, and supply chain visibility is essential.
• Technical Background: Proven experience in engineering with a track record of impactful initiatives. Successful history of building, scaling, or integrating enterprise planning architectures and data-heavy applications is key. Bonus: Familiarity with Anaplan or similar platforms.
• People Leadership: Track record of managing teams effectively, nurturing high performers, and fostering continuous improvement.
• Navigating Complexity: Ability to identify business and technical issues, analyze complex data, and deliver innovative solutions.
• Collaboration & Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to adapt style for diverse cross-functional collaborations.
