Office Environment

Located in Rheinfelden, Switzerland, our international office encompasses various corporate functions, including Nautical Operations, Technical Operations, Hotel Operations, People & Culture, Finance, Controlling, and Purchasing, among others. Responsibilities

  • Act as the initial point of contact for managers and employees on employee relations matters, providing guidance and support.
  • Advise managers on performance concerns, misconduct, and conflict resolution.
  • Maintain and update People & Culture policies, employee handbooks, and procedures.
  • Facilitate the communication and implementation of new or revised policies across the organization.
  • Manage employee concerns related to bullying, harassment, and discrimination with confidentiality and care.
  • Coordinate and conduct investigations, documenting findings and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure fair and consistent resolution of cases.

Specific Requirements

  • Strong knowledge and experience in employee relations and workplace conflict resolution.
  • Proficient in handling complaints, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
  • Ability to provide actionable and sensitive advice regarding employee matters.
  • Understanding of confidentiality and professional case management.
  • Experience in developing and implementing People & Culture policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Capability to manage multiple cases and collaborate effectively across the organization.
  • Experience in an international and multicultural environment.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
