Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee management of site safety protocols, ensuring compliance with standards in collaboration with the Safety Advisor.
  • Supervise and inspect ongoing work to guarantee adherence to established procedures and electrical assignments.
  • Coordinate with QA teams and the Electrical Package Manager to achieve optimal installation outcomes.
  • Manage costs related to various components including mechanical teams, subcontractors, and materials.
  • Familiarize with and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all tasks.
  • Conduct daily on-site operations management to meet all project deadlines.
  • Track subcontractor activities and ensure effective progress updates through weekly meetings.
  • Utilize and maintain the Mercury snagging system to address issues as they arise.
  • Attend and contribute to various site and project meetings.
  • Ensure the thorough completion of all project documentation, including O&M manuals and quality assurance files.
  • Monitor materials and ensure timely procurement in accordance with project needs.
  • Maintain records of site activities and manage personnel attendance and performance.
  • Provide technical guidance and support throughout the installation process.
  • Prepare and present progress reports for upper management.

Essential Criteria

  • A trade background with 5-10 years of experience in supervising large installation crews.
  • A proven track record in managing significant installation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Experience in design and build processes.
  • Solid technical knowledge of both electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Exceptional IT competencies.
