Key Responsibilities

• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical installations and equipment.
• Diagnose failures swiftly and accurately to identify technical issues at their root.
• Carry out troubleshooting, repair, and restoration activities efficiently.
• Participate in the installations, connections, and commissioning of new equipment.
• Perform necessary checks to guarantee the reliability and availability of installations.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, internal procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Complete intervention reports and maintain accurate follow-up of maintenance activities.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external service providers.
• Contribute proactively to the continuous improvement of installations and maintenance practices.

Ideal Profile

• Possession of a Swiss Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as Electrician, Automation Technician, or an equivalent technical qualification.
• Demonstrated experience in a similar industrial maintenance role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and proven troubleshooting capabilities.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical documentation competently.
• Exhibit an autonomous, rigorous, and responsible working approach.
• Possess strong analytical skills, with a capacity to respond effectively to unexpected situations.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
• High awareness of safety requirements and quality standards.
