As a valued member of the Deals Strategy & Operations Services team, you will play a pivotal role in assisting clients with strategic planning, business reviews, growth, market entry, and international expansion. In a managerial capacity, you will supervise, develop, and coach teams while managing client service accounts and driving engagement workstreams. Your ability to independently solve and analyze complex problems will be crucial in delivering top-quality results.

Your Skill Set

• Master's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Finance, Engineering, Economics, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, or Computer and Information Science.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in consulting.
• Knowledge in commercial due diligence or corporate strategy.
• Established knowledge about and relationships in the US Private Equity market.
• Understanding of mergers, integrations, spin-offs, and divestiture transactions.
• Experience in managing and developing strategic client relationships.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with team members.
• Active participation in new business development efforts.
• Track record of delivering significant business results.
• Experience conducting both quantitative and qualitative analyses.
