Your Profile
The ideal candidate possesses:
- A master’s degree (or equivalent qualification) in educational science, psychology, computer science, instructional design, or a related field.
- A strong focus on scientific inquiry and a keen interest in interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Expertise in quantitative methods, preferably with a focus on experimental research.
- A desire to pursue an academic career.
- Courage to innovate, combined with a pragmatic approach.
- Initial experience working in teams and on research projects is advantageous.
- Confident communication skills in English as the primary working and publication language. Knowledge of German is a plus but not a requirement.
