Your Responsibilities
- Conduct high-quality research in the field of strategic communication.
- Complete a dissertation within a four-year timeframe.
- Attend academic conferences and publish findings in reputable academic journals.
- Collaborate with team members on existing and new projects in Strategic Communication & Media Management.
- Engage in teaching and research in innovative areas related to strategic communication and adjacent fields.
- Teach one class per semester that aligns with your research interests in the BA programs.
- Pursue further academic qualifications to enhance your expertise.
- Handle various organizational and administrative tasks efficiently.
Your Profile
- Possess an excellent Master's degree in Communication Science or a related discipline.
- Demonstrate a strong interest in strategic communication and related fields such as organizational communication, corporate communication, public relations, or investor relations.
- Exhibit a high affinity for topics including artificial intelligence, sustainability, management, strategy, public affairs, or finance.
- Bring experience in quantitative and qualitative research methods, data analysis, and familiarity with computational methods.
- Have a good command of programming languages, such as R and/or Python.
- Communicate effectively in English, both spoken and written.
- Show a scientific and open mindset, a meticulous working method, the ability to work independently, collaborative spirit, and proficient time and project management skills.
- Be willing to relocate to Zurich and travel internationally to connect with scientific communities.
