Your Responsibilities

• Conduct high-quality research in the field of strategic communication.
• Complete a dissertation within a four-year timeframe.
• Attend academic conferences and publish findings in reputable academic journals.
• Collaborate with team members on existing and new projects in Strategic Communication & Media Management.
• Engage in teaching and research in innovative areas related to strategic communication and adjacent fields.
• Teach one class per semester that aligns with your research interests in the BA programs.
• Pursue further academic qualifications to enhance your expertise.
• Handle various organizational and administrative tasks efficiently.

Your Profile

• Possess an excellent Master's degree in Communication Science or a related discipline.
• Demonstrate a strong interest in strategic communication and related fields such as organizational communication, corporate communication, public relations, or investor relations.
• Exhibit a high affinity for topics including artificial intelligence, sustainability, management, strategy, public affairs, or finance.
• Bring experience in quantitative and qualitative research methods, data analysis, and familiarity with computational methods.
• Have a good command of programming languages, such as R and/or Python.
• Communicate effectively in English, both spoken and written.
• Show a scientific and open mindset, a meticulous working method, the ability to work independently, collaborative spirit, and proficient time and project management skills.
• Be willing to relocate to Zurich and travel internationally to connect with scientific communities.
