Key Responsibilities
- Own and develop the go-to-market strategy for our key growth initiatives, gaining deep insights into customer needs and market dynamics.
- Report to the Product Head while collaborating with sales and marketing teams globally, working closely with leaders in our Central teams.
- Establish a collaborative partnership with the Product Head, leading all product marketing efforts to ensure alignment with our brand and marketing strategies.
- Drive the positioning and messaging strategy across our product offerings, ensuring impactful communication.
- Lead go-to-market plans for launches, expansions, and updates, creating scalable strategies with local adaptations.
- Champion customer and market intelligence, integrating feedback into the product roadmap.
- Develop sales tools and training materials for local marketing teams, enhancing commercial enablement.
- Manage audience segmentation and persona frameworks, translating them into actionable strategies for marketing channels.
- Collaborate on pricing communication, crafting compelling narratives around our value propositions.
- Shape departmental KPIs and marketing objectives, fostering a culture of accountability.
- Stay ahead of market trends, evolving strategies to maintain our competitive edge.
Desired Qualifications
- 8–12 years of experience in product marketing, preferably within education, travel, or subscription-based sectors.
- Strong international experience with a high emotional intelligence, navigating cultural nuances effectively.
- Exceptional networking and collaboration skills, alongside strong communication and storytelling capabilities.
- Experience in planning, budgeting, and P&L management.
- Ability to craft and present strategic briefs that engage creative and market teams.
- Expertise in designing and managing global go-to-market plans.
- Proficient in customer research and competitive intelligence.
- Familiarity with various marketing channels, including paid, organic, SEO, social, and CRM.
- A keen understanding of emerging communication and cultural trends.
- Strong project management and organizational talents.
- A knack for outstanding creative and the factors that distinguish exceptional work.
- A clear communication style that simplifies complexity and inspires action.
